Scrum Overview
Agile Manifesto states four principles of agile software development that emphasizes on:

  • Individuals and interactionsover processes and tools
  • Working softwareover comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaborationover contract negotiation
  • Responding to changeover following a plan

When compared to waterfall approach, agile team provides significance to customer collaboration, continuous feedback, adapting to changes, thus achieving continuous product improvement and very less time to market.
